ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured. We are accepting registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. Our ALL NEW Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.

Our next class is our Red and Green Chile Favorites class on January 20, 2022 at 5 PM. (The first class, January 6, sold out.) A new, Special Sweetheart Dinner class has just been set for February 5 , 2022 at 2 PM. Many more 2022 class are listed on our calendar. We still have a few openings for the Red and Green chile class on January 20, 2022.
Our next weekend class is February 18 - 20. 2022 and our next week long class is March 7 - 11, 2022.
