Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create all the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured. And, now we are accepting the first 20 registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. The next session is set to begin January 18. Our ALL NEW Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.
We have had to move our Red Chile Specialties class to January 14 class 5 PM and do have a few openings. We have set the following classes for the Spring --Specialty Bread and Bread Basics, January 28, Take a Tortilla and... February 18, Taco Mania, March 4 and Perfect Pies May 6 and are hoping the COVID issues are under control by then.
The next weekend classes are February 5 - 7 and April 23 - 25, 2021 and the next week long class is March 15-19, 2021.
