Our class was small and yet, one of the very best weekend classes ever! We had only three participants on any of the three days--but each was such a great student, the dishes turned out perfectly every single time. I am picturing some of the dishes.they made.
Everything from Perfect Margaritas to Blue Corn Parfait Bread, the crispiest, most beautiful and flavorful Composed Nachos, on the first night to all out gorgeous and yummy Enchiladas, Tacos and Sopaipillas on Saturday to amazing Tamales, Carne Adobado, Posole, Blue Corn Crusted Chiles Rellenos and much more to the three desserts--all spectacular!

On a personal note, we finally found a little rescue miniature black and tan very small Dachshund three years younger than Hans to be Hans playmate. We are still in the early adjustment stage as they just got together yesterday! Little Otis needs lots of training and Hans seems like he wants to help him.
