Tacos are terrific most any time and they are particularly great on hot summer days when heating up the kitchen for any period of time sounds like a bad idea. For the weekend I am placing our Taco Class on a Discounted Price of $99.00 for one person and $190 for 2 persons.

Tacos were developed in Mexico.  Most probably overworked mothers with fussy little ones, would appease their hunger by taking a freshly made corn tortilla and wrapping it around any kind of morsel.  The slang in Spanish would sound like "take it and go" in English or "taco".

I think people of all ages really enjoy the yummy taste sensations of all kinds of tacos with freshly made salsas topping them off.  I know my Taco Fiesta class has always been one of our most popular.  There is not a Taco Bell in sight.  In fact, the idea of a fried shell with spicy hamburger and shredded lettuce is a foreign idea.  In Mexico the filling is most often grilled or slow roasted ahead of time and dressed with flavorful cabbage or cole slaw and freshly made salsa...and sometimes cheese.

I would love to share with you my favorite tacos--menu below, topped off with Perfect Margaritas.   The class is next Tuesday evening, July 22 at 5 PM and we have a very few openings, which I am discounting to $99.00 each or two for $190.00 until midnight Sunday, the 20th.
