Christmas--or red or green--no matter whether you like one or the other or both as in Christmas--in this class we will be making the best salsas and basic red and green chile sauces and then turn them into flat enchiladas.  Also we will be making Blue Corn Crusted Chile Rellenos, Flan Caramelisado and Perfect Margaritas.
