This fun, fun class nearly always sells out and is very popular. You will learn all about selection, cooking hints and tips, plus health information and create some very special and yummy red chile dishes. (Insider fact--Robert Smith of Clearwater, FL lost 75 pounds cooking and eating our Pecos Valley Bowl o Red Chili and First Love Chili.)
Very Special Red Chile Full Participation Class
Overview of chiles and powders versus pods and many chili make over ideas. the menu will be--
Two Award Winning Red Chilis - Bowl o Red and First Love Chili - Crushed Red Chile Salsa
- Red Chile Beef Enchiladas, Flat New Mexico Style
- Carne Adobado made into burritos and tacos
- Spicy Chodolate Chile Cupcakes
The first 12 registrations will be taken, so be sure to register very early.
