SIGN UP NOW!!! This Tamale Roll Party menu features all the fun a group tamale roll party can offer! The class will start at 11 AM giving plenty of time to watch the mass ascension. We will be making appetizer to dessert tamales and share lots of good fun and conversation. We will start with Perfect Guacamole and then we will roll traditional beef tamales,blue corn green chile chicken tamales, green corn tamales and dessert tamales with some Perfect Margaritas to sip with the finale of tamales.
