In this class we will be making the best  green chile favorite dishes just in time for the green Chile harvest coming next month.  Green Chile dishes are particularly unique to New Mexico and have a huge tradition here.  This fun, fun class nearly always sells out and is very popular.  You will learn all about selection, care, parching and freezing green chiles, plus create some very special and yummy green chile dishes.
