Upcoming Classes and Events

The next creative, fun class will be All About Grilling, set for 5 PM on August 16.  We will be grilling appetizers to desserts.  Check out the menu and register now to get in on this great class. If purchased by Friday, August 3, the price is on special--$20.00 Off or $75.00.

The ever popular Green Chile Fiesta class is set for September 12 at 5 PM.  This class always draws a multi-continent group and is so much fun.  You will learn all the secrets of successful grilling of green chiles and the creation of such specialties as two award winning Green Chile Stews,  Cheese Crusted Sirloin Topped Calabacitas, Green Chile Apple Pie and much, much more.  To register click here.  

Our September Weekend class is September 7 -9, 2018 and we still have a few openings., which are on a  half price special.  The complete menu featuring many New Mexican specialties is located on the weekend page and features such specialties as fluffy, best ever Red Chile Beef Tamales with Red Chile Sauce, Sumptuous Sopaipillas, Blue Conbread, Perfect Margaritas, award winning Bowl o Red with Fixins'  'n Mixins' and so much more!

ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create all the special dishes.  Plus techniques and time saving tips are always featured.

WE have added 2 additional Balloon week classes--making 3 Balloon week classes in total.  Registration is now open for the  October 8 Special Party Appetizer class, Chili, Chili, Chile on October 13 and Tamale Rolling on October 11.  These 3 classes will be conducted staring mid to late morning and last for about 4 hours.
