To make it easier on your pocket book, we are giving 10% off until midnight Sunday December 6.   Just so you know, food products are not taxed in New Mexico, so that brings in another saving of almost 8%.  In each of our gift boxes except Holidays in New Mexico, where we give you the recipes--there is an autographed cookbook that I have written.  I will autograph each book as you wish.

We are planning to start giving our fun live, full participation classes and have developed registration for them  We will be giving classes on chiles, bread baking, perfect pies and more.  And, if you can't come to Corrales, NM to be with us, we have a  new Tamale Rolling video and our extensive All About Chiles set to start January 18.   We have reset the Holidays in New Mexico full participation cooking class to December 16 at 5 PM.  There are still a few places left--it is a half sized class and we are wearing masks. 

Also our next week long class will be March 15 - 19 and next weekend class will be February 5 - 7, 2021.  We look forward to  cooking with you and all being safe!
