Buy now and save $300.00 on our November 10-12 weekend full participation cooking class set for next weekend. This award winning class features most of New Mexico's culturally famous dishes such as Carne Adobado, Biscochitos (pictured) and Blue Corn Crusted Chiles Rellelnos.
The Friday session starts at 5:00 and the Saturday and Sunday sessions start at 8:30 AM.
Other classes set for the end of the year are Perfect Pies on November 16 and Southwestern Holiday Favorites set for December 7 with both classes starting at 5 PM.
