Honestly, as stark as it sounds, participation in this class could very well save your life and that of your loved ones. How??? You might ask.
Several years ago, the University of the Philippines conducted a study on the healthful aspects of chiles; where they discovered that the consumption of at least a half teaspoon of the hottest chile you can endure two-thirds* of the time greatly reduces the incidence of heart disease and cancer. *Or, a minimum of 20 days out of a 30 day month. Just recently, Harvard's Medical Department also endorsed the study as have others world-wide.
It's not hard to do, especially if you keep a little container of hot chilies on the table at all times. You would be surprised how chiles "tune up" ho-hum dishes such as vegetables, cereals and the like. My deceased husband would not eat oatmeal without a generous dash of hot chile.
You will get over a 100 well tested Chile recipes, a starter kit and lots of fun learning in this course.
I am starting registration now. The course will start October 23 and end 4 to 6 weeks later. You can move through the course at your own speed.
And, also our next live day class is a very special annual event--the Tamale Rollling class on Monday, October 7 at 11 AM. The next week long class is right around the corner, starting October 14 - 18 and our next weekend class is November 15 - 17. All of our class are small, full participation and rated the "Best in the US" for non-professional cooking classes.
