Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured.
We are accepting registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. Our Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.
On September 28 we have scheduled Take a Tortilla and....featuring corn and flour tortilla making, three kinds of Enchiladas, Fish Tacos and the original Burrito plus other dishes. This class starts at 5 PM. On October 9, we have set the ever popular Tamale Roll class which starts at 11 AM and features three kinds of tamales.
Our next weekend class will be November 10-12, 2023 and our next week long class is set for October 23 - 27. The complete menus are featured in this website.

Our next Oaxaca Culinary tour is postponed this year and we are planning for 2024. This is a fascinating tour with three cooking classes, special dinners, tours to historic sites such as Monte Alban and villages where they specialize in pottery making, brightly painted wooden figures and much, much more. Tour includes the hotel, breakfast every morning, get acquainted reception, classes and all land transp oration. We will be booking the tour soon.
