A small group of us are off to the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico on Tuesday for a week of culinary, including 3 full participation cooking classes, viewing all kinds of history and fun.  I plan to continue the tours in coming years with a different guide, going to the same wonderful places--so go ahead and plan to go.

All of the above are single session classes starting at 5 PM.

Then in July, we have a week long class 6 - 11 and a weekend class July 25 - 27.
