Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured. We are accepting registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. Our ALL NEW Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.
Our next class is Specialty Bread and Bread Basics, January 28, set for 5 PM. We still have a few openings and the class is on a 20% off special through Tuesday, January 26. Take a Tortilla and... is scheduled for February 18, Taco Mania, March 4 and Perfect Pies May 6 . We are still taking half sized classes due to COVID issues.
The next weekend classes are February 5 - 7 and April 23 - 25, 2021 and the next week long class is March 15-19, 2021.
