Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create all the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured. And, now we are accepting the first 20 registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. This session has begun. Another session will begin in early Spring.
