Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured. We are accepting registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. Our ALL NEW Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.
Our next day class is Perfect Pies May 6 , followed by our all new Classic Paella Dinner Party on June 3 and the ever popular Chocolate and Chile, Perfect Culinary Companions class on July 8--all at 5 PM. We do ask you to wear a mask and we will take your temperature.
Our next week long class is October 25 - 29, 2021. Also, you can take just one or more of the days if you wish. Our next weekend classes are April 23 - 25, 2021, July 16 - 18, 2021 and August 20 - 22, 2021.
