Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured.
We are accepting registrations for our on-line class, "All About Chiles" with over 40 lectures and 150 kitchen tested recipes. Our Tamale Rolling video is available for purchase. And we also have a tamale making kit available.
Our next day class is a very special class on Specialty and Basic Bread Baking February 2, 2023, followed by a fun, fun class on red chile--the Red Chile Fiesta on Thursday, February 23--both at 5 PM.
Our next weekend class, February 10-12 is on a terrific Valentine's Day special price of two to cook for 1 1/2 times the regular price or 25% off or $787.50 each. We will have great fun and don't worry, it will finish before the Great Game or you can stay and join us and watch on a large screen.
