Upcoming Classes and Events

ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create all the special dishes.  Plus techniques and time saving tips as well as the history of the dish and or ingredients are always featured.

The class schedule for the balance of the year is available by clicking this link.  Except during Balloon Fiesta Week, each of the 1 day classes start at 5 PM and are conducted in our Corrales Kitchen.  During Balloon Fiesta the classes start at 11 AM.

Cooking classes are great gifts as they keep on giving!  Our next 1 day class is September 12, the ever popular  Green Chile Fiesta is SOLD OUT followed by our weekend,  September 13-15, 2019.    This is a full participation 3 day weekend class starting at 5 PM on Friday, September 13.  Now on sale for half price until midnight, September 12.   Our November 8-10  weekend is also on half price until midnight, September 12.

Our next Week Long Class is   September 23 - 27--we have just placed it on discount--book now to get in on this award winning class, rated as "Best in the US" by Bon Appetit  magazine.
