You will be making the delicious, traditional holiday favorites that are so wonderfully New Mexico. The tips and techniques for tender, moist and tasty tamales will be revealed. You will learn the delicious toppings that are served on Posole, Mexican Style. Also, you will have fun cooking typically New Mexican and deliciously Flat Enchiladas plus the most moist, fluffy Bizcochitos you have ever tasted topped off with a Perfect Margarita. Come join the class that is sure to sell out! Only the first 12 registrations can be taken. You will end the full participation class with a bountiful dinner!
