Many people tell me they never knew the fabulous flavor of homemade tortillas and the dishes that can be created. Here we will make fresh corn and flour tortillas and create fish tacos, red chile beef enchiladas, green chile chicken enchiladas and vegetarian Grilled Corn and Spinach Enchiladas.
VERY SPECIAL FULL PARTICIPATION CLASS
- Freshly made corn tortillas
- Homemade flour tortillas
- Fish Tacos with special salsa
- Red Chile Beef Enchiladas
- Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
- Grilled Corn and Spinach Enchiladas
