CAPER SAUCE

Yield: 6 to 8 servings or 1 1/3 cups

¼ cup sour or dill pickle, chopped

2 Tablespoons capers, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 ½ teaspoons Dijon style mustard

1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and garnish with some whole capers.
