Upcoming Classes and Events
ALL of our classes are full participation, so everyone learns how to perfectly create all the special dishes. Plus techniques and time saving tips are always featured.
We have added 2 additional Balloon week classes--making 3 Balloon week classes in total. Registration is now open for the October 8 Special Party Appetizer class, Chili, Chili, Chile on October 13 and Tamale Rolling on October 11. (Tamale Rolling only has 2 spaces left) These 3 classes will be conducted starting mid to late morning and last for about 4 hours.
Our next full-participation weekend class is set for November 9 - 11, 2018. This is our most popular weekend school and features most of the top favorites of New Mexican cuisine plus much more. The class is loaded with tons of great to know culinary history. Register now while there is still space.
