Pesto with Sun-Dried Tomato

1 ½ cups Cilantro or Basil Pesto, homemade or purchased (Cilantro pesto follows)

½ cup sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped

1. Combine the pesto with the tomatoes and spread on the warm toasted bread.
