You'll learn how to make Chile con Queso with lots of flavor that will not scum when kept warm. I developed this recipe when on contract for Del Taco and El Torrito restaurant chains.
Also I will be sharing two other favorite recipes--the Frijoles Slaw that I used in my award winning "Best of New York City" Burrito contest and my alltime favorite Flan Caramelisado. The recipe is so good, it earned me a beautiful wardrobe from an outstanding Western clothing designer.
