Jane's Message September, 2013

chicken tortilla chowder.jpgSeptember always signals change…in schedules, the weather, and perhaps attitude. It seems that once Labor Day has come and gone, that all becomes a bit more serious. Summer has finally bid adieu and we are once more reminded of serious goals, projects or even fun events that we wish to do.

Here at the office, we are definitely in that mode. We are in the middle stages of our big move to the South Valley Hacienda. And, do look forward to cooking with you down there midst the cottonwoods and flowers. Our goal is to start our cooking classes in the valley in October. Will be sending eblasts with the specific dates later.

I would love to see you at the State Fair on Monday, September 16 at 1:30 PM where I will be demonstrating “Winning Techniques” for baking all manner of dishes.

I have just joined the Blue Star Range team as a local consultant and look forward to showing you all the quality performance features of their ranges on October 10 at the Albuquerque Builder’s Source Appliance Gallery from 2 to 5 PM.
