This class will be the same as the famous Scottsdale classes taught at the Fairmont-Princess in Scottsdale.
We have never taught this class anywhere out of Scottsdale before, so it is all new. The
cookbook of e-recipes is featured on our home page in the green bar at the left.
The recipes are all very well tested Regional Favorite recipes from Old Mexico. Such favorites as Tres
Leches cake, Chiles en Nogado and Moles will be taught. |
